Here, we are conducting a deep dive into one of our benefits; the Fair Ways Lotteries.

Fair Ways Lotteries

Fair Ways Lotteries were introduced in October 2019, as a way to ‘give back’ and ‘thank’ our team members throughout the year. The development of this idea quickly led to three lotteries of differing values, held throughout the year.

Each year, Fair Ways provides a total of £8,000 in prizes to team members in our free-to-enter, Staff Lotteries.

The Monthly Staff Lottery is held every month, with all eligible Fair Ways team members automatically entered for free. There are two prizes available each month; a £50 and £100 voucher.

The Holiday Lottery is held 4 times throughout the calendar year, with all eligible Fair Ways team members automatically entered for free. The winner of this lottery receives £1,000 (tax-free) towards a holiday of their choice.

The Voucher Lottery is held 4 times throughout the calendar year, with all eligible Fair Ways team members automatically entered for free. The winner of this lottery receives a £350 voucher.
