Wayne joined Fair Ways in 2017 after a 30-year military career. As a former international sports coach, he specialises in leadership development, health and outdoor education. He strongly believes that we need daring leaders to make a difference in the world today and they must genuinely care for, and be connected to the people they lead.
Outside of work, Wayne is a dedicated family man and will find any opportunity to start a conversation around coaching or health and fitness.
