Gareth Webb

Managing Director

Gareth joined Fair Ways in 2005 as a residential support worker and progressed through the organisation, before being appointed as Chief Operating Officer in November 2018, and Managing Director in April 2021. He has obtained both an MSc in Education, Leadership and Management, as well as a BSc in Health and Social Care. In his spare time, Gareth enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing on a beach and setting new personal bests in the gym.
