Anne Segall

Chair of Trustees

Until recently Anne was a member of the Executive Committee and Director of HR at BMT Group Ltd; an international design, engineering & programme management consultancy.

With an MA in management learning from Lancaster University, Anne’s background is in organisational development, change management, leadership & training. Anne ran her own management consultancy for 11 years, and previously held roles at the BBC in management consultancy, HR, line management and radio engineering.

Having been strongly associated with Fair Ways for a number of years, Anne is a firm supporter of the work, ethos and vision of the organisation and is extremely proud to occupy the role of Chair of Trustees.

A role she was appointed to as of the 6th October 2023.
