Fair Ways win Leadership Award at the 2022 UK Company Culture Awards

We are delighted to share with you that Fair Ways’ Managing Director, Gareth Webb has been announced as the winner of the Leadership Award at the 2022 UK Company Culture Awards.

Fair Ways were shortlisted for both Best Employee Development Programme of the Year for our RiiSE programme, and Leadership Award for our Managing Director, Gareth Webb.

The competition for the awards was very fierce in both categories, with Fair Ways standing out through the way we dealt with adversity and supported staff and service users throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Winning this award at any time is something to be proud of, but I am especially proud of everyone at Fair Ways to have won it off the back of such a difficult and challenging few years.

Personally, I am immensely proud to have won the Leadership Award during out most challenging year to date, and I hope we can continue the hard work and dedication to improving outcomes for children and young people in care for years to come.
