Fair Ways were recently nominated for two categories in the 2022 UK Company Culture Awards, and following a tense wait, are proud to have been shortlisted in both the Best Employee Development Programme (in-house), and the Leadership award categories.
We are fully committed to ensuring that Fair Ways is an outstanding employer, and our core belief is that if we provide staff with the best training and support, in turn, they will strive to deliver the best care. This is part of our long-term strategy to show Fair Ways as a leading children’s services provider in the UK.
This nomination for Fair Ways’ development programme, RiiSE (Relationship Inspired Ideas for Supportive Environments), has seen the programme shortlisted for the final three in the hotly contested category. This represents another step in our journey to have RiiSE recognised as a leading course in our industry.
Furthermore, Managing Director, Gareth Webb has been shortlisted for the Leadership award, following a sustained period of success during a turbulent number of years; overseeing and guiding Fair Ways through the challenges presented by COVID-19.
