Fair Ways rank 13th in UK Best Companies to Work for in the charity sector

We are delighted to share with you that Fair Ways have now received our final positions in all three Best Company categories.

We are extremely proud of our ranking of 13th in the charity sector for Best Company to Work for and are already looking at ways to improve this, year on year. We are very happy knowing that our staff can have high job satisfaction, all whilst making a huge difference to the lives of the young people we care for.

In previous years we have always entered the Best Companies / Sunday Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit category. This year, Best Companies placed us in the most competitive category, that is the Top 100 Large Companies in the UK.
