Fair Ways Managing Director, Gareth Webb proudly presented the Leadership Award at the Company Culture Awards in London on Thursday 4th May 2023.
As a former winner of the category in 2022, Gareth was invited back to present the award at this year’s ceremony.
At the 2022 Awards, Fair Ways were shortlisted for both Best Employee Development Programme of the Year for our RiiSE programme, and Leadership Award for our Managing Director, Gareth Webb.
The competition for the awards was very fierce in both categories, with Fair Ways standing out through the way we dealt with adversity and supported staff and service users throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
