Fair Ways Education Expands to Support More Students in 2025

Fair Ways is thrilled to announce a significant expansion of our education services, furthering our mission to support young people in achieving their potential. Beginning in April 2025, we will increase the number of student places across our schools from 70 to 82 – an incredible step forward for Fair Ways Education and the students we are privileged to work with.

New Opportunities for Students

This growth will be distributed across both our schools:

  • Fair Ways School: Expanding by 5 places across our Swanwick and Wallington sites, increasing total capacity to 55 students.
  • GLADE School: Expanding by 7 places, bringing the total to 27 students. As part of this expansion, we are delighted to announce the acquisition of a new premises at 77 Leigh Road in Eastleigh.

Enhancing Support for Autism Needs

Both GLADE School sites, 49 Junction Road and 77 Leigh Road, will operate under the same Ofsted registration and will focus on addressing different Autism needs, ensuring tailored support for our students.

Supporting Growth with New Opportunities

To support this expansion, we will begin recruiting additional team members and creating new opportunities for our existing staff to work from the new location. This growth underpins our commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students who need it most.

Follow our journey for further updates on this exciting development as we continue to grow and enhance our services.
