Fair Ways rank in Sunday Times Top 100 Companies

On Wednesday 19th February 2020, Fair Ways achieved a fantastic top 20 ranking in the Sunday Times Best 100 Not-For-Profit Organisations to work for in the UK. This is a tremendous result and a great achievement; following on from equally impressive finishes in the previous 3 years.

Fair Ways achieved this award based on the views and opinions of our staff and how they are treated as employees.

Gareth Webb, Chief Operating Officer, Fair Ways
“It is a fantastic achievement to continue to be placed on the Top 100 results list. The rating of a 2-star engaged company continues to be a great achievement, especially in light of the mammoth changes in the organisation over the last 12 months. I am pleased and very proud of the progress everyone in Fair Ways has made in 2019 and I look forward to the future and the on-going improvements we will continue to make.”

Ian Davis, Chairman, Fair Ways Foundation
“I want to say how proud the Trustees are of all the staff at Fair Ways, without whose dedication, enthusiasm and commitment, we would not have been recognised. An outstanding result for our fourth entry to these awards.”

 Jonathan Austin, CEO, Best Companies
“I would like to congratulate Fair Ways on achieving a Two Star Accreditation and being named as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work for. Best Companies has been acknowledging excellence in the workplace since 2006 when we launched our Michelin style accreditation standard. We are proud to work with organisations like Fair Ways who focus on their people and as such have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that they’re a best company to work for.”
