Jonathan Loney

Director of Residential & Family Services

Jonathan joined Fair Ways in 2015 from Southampton City Council, where he worked predominantly with children in care and care leavers. Jonathan has worked in various departments within Fair Ways prior to his appointment as a Director in 2018. Outside of work, Jonathan is kept busy by his young children and their arrivals meant that he now has less time for his interests in football and golf.

My Why – Many of the young people we work with have not been afforded the opportunities provided to their peers and have to overcome many barriers in order to succeed. This injustice has not allowed our young people a level playing field from which to experience their childhood. Above everything else, it must be our daily mission to support them to fulfil their potential, ensure positive outcomes and prepare them for an adult life in which they thrive.
